Keeping your learners highly motivated to perform and learn is pretty much necessary in delivering our lessons. Motivation can help learners focus on their learning goals and perform better in class. It also develops their cognitive and psychomotor skills during the process.

How do we motivate our learners? There are various ways to do this, but first, you have to know your learners. Getting to know your learners, their cultural background, common interests, and span of interests are the prerequisites. You cannot deliver a motivation not suited to them or else they will only lose focus even more.

You can do motivational questions, short stories, or even simple activities that will catch their attention. Once motivated, it will be the best time to introduce your lesson.

Another way of keeping your kids motivated is to reward them with these stickers. Printed on each sticker is a positive and rewarding appraisal for their good actions.
