Reading Comprehension Materials for GRADE 6 (Free Download)

Reading in the 6th-grade level will be the most challenging for an elementary student, simply because this will their final test if they actually and truly learned the very essence of literacy.

Continuing the reading routines in grade 5, learners in this grade level will be exposed to more variety of educational reading materials. This is to measure the strength and foundation of their reading skills and how well they could handle the gravity of more complex reading materials that would help them enhance their skills as they are getting ready to enter the high school.

Readin in this level requires their abilities to answer in-depth questions for comprehension, summarize stories and plots, and make their inputs and inferences towards the reading materials.

In preparation for grade 7 which technically is a high school level, learners should show readiness as it will be a completely new learning environment. Passing the grade 6 is like acquiring the ticket to enter the world of more mature learnings.

These materials are only supplementary and are intended to help our children/learners to have some useful educational materials and for their parents to motivate them to study even in the comfort of their homes.
