As learners progress through the third week of Term 2, classroom instruction continues to deepen the knowledge, skills, and competencies developed during the previous lessons.
For Grades 4 to 6, lessons should provide opportunities for learners to apply concepts, explain their understanding, solve problems, work independently or collaboratively, and connect classroom learning with real-life situations. Teachers may use the DLLs as a guide in organizing lesson objectives, discussions, activities, assessments, and follow-up tasks throughout the week.

Using the DLLs in the Classroom
These DLLs are intended to serve as adaptable instructional guides. Teachers are encouraged to review each lesson carefully and make appropriate adjustments based on learner readiness, classroom performance, available resources, school schedules, and actual teaching conditions.
Activities may be modified, enriched, simplified, or contextualized whenever needed. Teachers may also include familiar examples and situations from the learners' homes, communities, and everyday experiences to strengthen understanding and make lessons more relevant.
