These DLLs are prepared to help teachers save time, but they are not intended to remove flexibility from lesson planning.

Teachers are encouraged to make the materials their own.

A discussion may need to be simplified or expanded. An example may be replaced with something more familiar to learners. An activity may require additional time. An assessment may need adjustment. A class that has already mastered a competency may benefit from enrichment, while another may require further reinforcement.

These are decisions that teachers make based on what they observe in their classrooms.

For this reason, the DLLs are provided in editable DOCX format, allowing teachers to customize the materials according to actual teaching and learning conditions.

A Little Less Preparation, A Little More Time for Teaching

Teachers already spend considerable time preparing instructional materials, checking outputs, recording learner progress, providing feedback, conducting interventions, communicating with parents, attending meetings, and completing other school responsibilities.

Ready-made resources cannot remove all of that work.

What they can do is provide a useful head start.
